Line x=2 would be the mirror line. 

When reflecting, a point, A = (3,2), count the distance from this point to the mirror line (you might need a graph paper)

(3,2) is 1 point from the line x=2

count one point in the opposite direction of the mirror line (the Y value is not changed). The resulting point would be A' = (1,2). Do the same for any other points in the shape you are reflecting, then connect them to show the shape. 


The same is applicable for any other line such as y=-1, x=-2, y=2, etc.
